Rod Williams has been self-employed full-time in private clinical practice since 2004. He has chosen a path of continual refinement to his clinical approach, which has allowed him to work with many of the elite strength athletes in the country. He holds a Masters in Osteopathic Medicine, is double degree qualified in osteopathy and acupuncture, government registered, accredited, insured, and has private health fund rebates available. 

 

 

Rod began his career in the health industry as a strength coach and successfully competed in powerlifting, before transitioning to clinical practise. This sparked a passion for understanding how the body moves. His first-hand experience as an athlete approaching the physical and mental challenges of injury, competition and training, challenged Rod to find effective solutions to injury, recovery, pain and performance optimisation.
